1. Introduction

Welcome to pkalk. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and pkalk ("pkalk", "the Platform", "we", "us") governing your access to and use of all services provided through pkalk.io, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino games, slot games, instant games, deposit and withdrawal services, bonus programmes, and customer support.

By registering an account on pkalk, completing the pkalk Login process, depositing funds, or using any feature of the platform, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must not use the pkalk platform.

pkalk operates as a safe and reliable online betting and casino platform serving adult players in Bangladesh. All services are provided in English and all account balances are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

Access to and use of pkalk is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. pkalk enforces a strict 21+ age requirement without exception. Players under 21 years of age are strictly prohibited from registering, depositing funds, or placing any wager on the platform.

pkalk reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where a player is found to be under 21 years of age, their account will be suspended immediately, all pending withdrawals will be cancelled, and any winnings accumulated by the underage player will be forfeited. Deposits made by underage players will be returned to the original payment method where technically feasible.

3. Account Registration

To access betting, casino, and payment services on pkalk, you must complete the registration process and create a single personal account. The following rules apply to all pkalk accounts:

3.1 One Account Per Player

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active account on pkalk. Opening duplicate, secondary, or multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Where pkalk identifies multiple accounts belonging to the same individual, all secondary accounts will be closed, bonus winnings accumulated across those accounts will be forfeited, and the primary account may be suspended pending review.

3.2 Accurate Information

You must provide complete and accurate personal information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile number. You must keep this information current and notify pkalk immediately if any detail changes. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

pkalk may require you to complete identity verification ("Know Your Customer" or KYC) at any point. Verification may require submission of a government-issued photo ID (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within three months), and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete verification within the timeframe requested by pkalk may result in withdrawal holds or account suspension.

3.4 Account Currency

All pkalk accounts are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). No currency conversion is applied to deposits or withdrawals. Account balances, bonus amounts, wagering requirements, and withdrawal limits are all expressed in BDT.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

pkalk supports the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, BRAC Bank transfer, City Bank transfer, Islami Bank transfer, Sonali Bank transfer, Visa card, and Mastercard. 4.2 Minimum and Maximum Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Maximum single-transaction deposit and withdrawal limits vary by payment method and are displayed in the cashier section of your pkalk account. pkalk reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are processed by pkalk's payments team within two (2) hours on average for bKash and Nagad. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to three (3) business days depending on the receiving institution. pkalk is not responsible for delays caused by the receiving payment provider or bank.

4.4 Withdrawal Eligibility

Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment method that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted under any circumstances. Players must have completed any applicable wagering requirements associated with active bonuses before requesting a withdrawal of bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings.

4.5 Anti-Money Laundering

pkalk maintains robust anti-money laundering (AML) procedures. All transactions are monitored for suspicious activity. pkalk reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for any withdrawal request. Deposits made to a pkalk account must be used for genuine betting and gaming activity and must not be used to facilitate money laundering, fraud, or any other illegal financial activity.

5. Betting & Gaming Rules

5.1 General Rules

All bets placed on pkalk are final once confirmed. pkalk reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, placed on an event where the outcome was already known at the time of placement, or placed in circumstances where there is clear evidence of manipulation or abuse of the betting system.

5.2 Cricket & Sports Betting

Cricket betting on pkalk covers BPL franchise matches, Bangladesh national team fixtures, IPL, T20 World Cup, ICC tournaments, and other featured international cricket events. Live in-play betting markets are subject to real-time odds changes. pkalk is not responsible for network latency or connection issues that may affect the placement of in-play bets. Odds are displayed in decimal format. Settlement of bets follows the official result as published by the relevant governing body (e.g., ICC, BCB).

5.3 Casino & Slot Games

All casino games and slot titles available on pkalk are provided by licensed third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. 5.4 Prohibited Practices

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, all bonus funds credited to a pkalk account are subject to a wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements specify the total amount that must be bet before bonus funds or bonus-derived winnings become eligible for withdrawal. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement requires ৳20,000 in total qualifying bets before withdrawal is permitted.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

pkalk reserves the right to withhold, reverse, or cancel any bonus or promotion where there is evidence of systematic bonus abuse, creation of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, or any other activity that pkalk reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of its promotional programme. Decisions regarding bonus abuse are made at pkalk's sole discretion.

6.4 Promotional Eligibility

Data shared with third-party game providers (such as Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, and Spribe) is limited to the minimum necessary to provide the relevant gaming service and is governed by those providers' own data processing agreements.

9. Account Security

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any pkalk content without prior written permission from pkalk.

Game titles including Dragon Gate and Mahjong Ways, and live casino products supplied by Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi, are the intellectual property of their respective owners and are used on the pkalk platform under licence.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pkalk's total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, negligence, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you to your pkalk account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

pkalk shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or any other intangible losses arising from:

• Your access to or use of, or inability to access or use, the pkalk platform.
• Any conduct or content of third-party game providers or payment processors.
• Interruptions, delays, or failures in platform availability caused by technical issues, network outages, or scheduled maintenance.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your account data due to your failure to maintain account security.
• Any bets placed or games played during periods of platform instability where pkalk has published a maintenance notice.

12. Termination

12.1 Termination by Player

You may close your pkalk account at any time by contacting customer support at [email protected]. Before closure, any outstanding verified balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to completion of any applicable KYC or AML checks. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

12.2 Termination by pkalk

pkalk reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where pkalk determines that the player has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent activity, abused the bonus system, used prohibited software, provided false registration information, or otherwise acted in a manner that is harmful to the platform or to other players.

12.3 Effect of Termination

Upon termination of your account, your right to access the pkalk platform ceases immediately. Any outstanding balance that pkalk determines you are legitimately entitled to will be returned to your registered payment method within fourteen (14) business days, subject to the completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13. Amendments

pkalk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, pkalk will notify registered players via the email address on file or via an in-platform notification. The updated Terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.

Your continued use of the pkalk platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updated Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and close your account in accordance with section 12.1 above.
